1. How does LostFoundExpress work?
LostFoundExpress allows you to quickly recover your items left behind in places like hotels, restaurants, businesses, taxis, trains or concert halls. We collect the item, pack it, and ship it to your address via an express shipping service.

2. Who can use our service?
Our lost and found item recovery and shipping service is available both to individuals who have forgotten an item and to professionals (hotels, restaurants, businesses, performance halls, etc.) who wish to help their customers recover their lost items.

3. What types of items can you collect?
We collect any type of item you may have forgotten, as long as it meets the size, weight and security restrictions of express shipping services (UPS, Chronopost). Please see our terms and conditions for more information on restrictions.

4. How much does our forgotten item shipping service cost?
The price of our service depends on several factors, such as the weight of the item, the service level chosen (Express or Express Saver), the delivery destination and the chosen carrier. You can get a quote in a few clicks on our site when ordering.

5. What are the delivery times?
Once the item is collected and handed over to our express shipping partners (UPS or Chronopost), delivery generally takes between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the destination and the service level selected (Express Saver or Express).

6. How do I track my package?
As soon as your item is taken care of by our service, you will receive a tracking number by email and/or SMS allowing you to follow each stage of the delivery in real time.

7. What should I do if my item has not been found?
If you have forgotten an item but it has not yet been found by the location concerned, we recommend that you contact them directly to verify. Once the item is located, you can place an order on our site to have it retrieved.

8. In which areas do you operate?
We offer our collection service throughout the national territory (France) and ship your forgotten objects throughout the European Union. For shipments of your forgotten objects outside the European Union, ask us for a quote (there are costs and customs clearance times).

9. What carriers do you use?
We work with trusted carriers such as UPS and Chronopost to ensure the speed and security of delivery of your forgotten items.

10. What happens if my item is damaged during delivery?
All our shipments are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage. In the event of a problem, we recommend that you contact us immediately to initiate a claim with the carrier. We do what is necessary to ensure that your item arrives in good condition.

11. Can I cancel my order after validation?
Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. If the item has not yet been collected, contact us quickly for a cancellation of the service but it will not be possible to be reimbursed

12. How can I contact customer service?
You can contact us via our contact form on the website from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 7pm. We will answer all your questions as soon as possible.

    Que vous soyez le propriétaire de l’objet oublié ou le professionnel (hôtel, restaurant, entreprise, salle de spectacle…) ayant retrouvé un objet, il vous suffit de vous rendre sur www.lostfoundexpress.com. Sélectionnez le type de colis et fournissez les informations nécessaires concernant l’objet à récupérer (poids, adresse de collecte et adresse de livraison). Nous prendrons immédiatement en charge votre demande.

  • 2) Collecte de l’objet, emballage et étiquetage

    Dès que la commande est validée, nous intervenons rapidement pour récupérer l’objet oublié à l’adresse indiquée. Une fois l’objet récupéré, il est emballé et étiqueté puis confié à l’une des meilleures sociétés de transport express (UPS ou Chronopost), assurant une prise en charge professionnelle.

  • 3) Expédition et livraison rapide

    Le colis est immédiatement expédié à l’adresse souhaitée. Que vous soyez chez vous ou à un autre endroit, nous vous garantissons une livraison rapide et sécurisée en un temps record. Suivez votre colis en temps réel grâce au numéro de suivi fourni par nos partenaires de transport.
